breath & movement
Experience intentional Pranayama (Yogic Breathing), the fourth of the Eight Limbs of yoga.
During our practice together, we will connect breath to movement. This means that we are intentionally moving our bodies to the rhythm of our breath, moving slower, creating spaciousness for stagnant energies & stale oxygen to move through.
