A Survivor of Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders (PMADs) - an experience that almost took her life and her baby, Diana Curiel Bamford (Di) is a Maternal Mental Health Advocate, Perinatal Energy Therapist, Certified Peer Support Specialist and Yoga Instructor based in Fallbrook, California.

She is on the board with Thrive Wellness Collective a non profit organization with a mission to empower families and strengthen communities through midwifery care and services and a member and volunteer with The Postpartum Health Alliance. 

A proud mother of 3, happily married to her patient & loving husband,

Di dedicates her life to bringing awareness to Perinatal Mental Health Disorders and Maternal Mental Health through presentations, conferences and workshops. 

Her passion is to empower mothers and break the stigma around Maternal Mental Health.
